Allowing someone you don’t know to enter your home can be a daunting experience, particularly if they’re supporting you with things that you’re no longer able to do yourself. That’s why we have put stringent guidelines in place that must be adhered to by all of our carers to give you the reassurance that we are consistently providing a safe, effective and responsive service. These include a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) screening and thorough background checks.
Once our carers have completed the detailed training programme delivered by our in-house instructors, they will work closely with their care manager to ensure they have everything they need in order to deliver the exceptional service expected from Xtra Healthcare.
